PAYMENT

All payments ( credit card, debit card or Paypal ) are processed by Paypal.


SHIPPING

Free standard shipping with tracking number is included in every order.


However, we recommend using the expedited shipping option, which also includes tracking number, insurance and signature on delivery. To so, please choose Expedited Shipping as shipping method at Check Out.


International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges charged by their country for the receipt of their parcels.


RETURNS

If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be returned, at buyer's expense, undamaged and with a tracking number within 14 days of delivery.

International buyers, please mark your package as "Return" to avoid unnecessary customs fees.

Refund will be made upon receipt only.


DAMAGES & LOSS

All our products are double checked before packing and once they are dispatched, we cannot hold responsibility if the parcel is damaged or lost by the Postal Service. However, if it happens, please notice us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a solution.
